REFUND & RETURNS
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If your goods are damaged or defective in any way on delivery, please contact us at support@keepinstk.com.au with “Photographic Evidence” of the damage or fault must be submitted within 5 days of receipt of the product to arrange a suitable remedy, such as return, exchange, or refund. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURN
Keepinstk.com.au understand that you will never see and measure our products in real prior to purchase and sometimes received products are different to what you thought. Therefore, we accept 7-day Change of Mind Return.
It is important to note that we will not accept returns if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decide you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it, so please check the item listing carefully at the time of purchase.
To apply 7-day Change of Mind Return, you have contact us through email support@keepinstk.com.au within 7 days of receipt of the product with brief explanation.
**Please do not return the product until the customer service team has provided you with the relevant return details.
***You will need to cover the cost for return postage.
Return Conditions :
Items returned must be unused, unworn and unwashed within the original product packing. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
Note:
1.Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2.Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-keepinstk.com.au items.
3.The product remain your responsibility until it has been received at the address supplied by customer service team.
4.Keepinstk.com.au does not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur in transit.
RETURN PROCESSES
1.Please send us email (support@keepinstk.com.au) with “your email address”, “purchase date”, “Item name” and “issue with product”.
2.Our team will contact you back within a day or two. To guide return.
3.Send returning package through post mail with address you received.
4.Once we received and confirmed as being in as-new condition then we will process refund.
RETURN METHODE
Post Office: Return through your local Australia Post.
Note: You will need to cover the cost for return postage.
REFUNDS
The refund will be processed to your original payment account.
